Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms", "Terms of Use") carefully before using the Baz Method Fitness mobile application (the "Service") operated by Baz Method ("us", "we", or "our").

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

Medical Disclaimer: The Service offers health, fitness, BMI, BMR, and nutritional information and is designed for educational purposes only. You should not rely on this information as a substitute for, nor does it replace, professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The app does not claim to diagnose or treat medical conditions. If you have any concerns or questions about your health, you should always consult with a physician or other health-care professional. Do not start this fitness program if your physician or health care provider advises against it.

1. Accounts and Authentication

When you create an account with us, you must provide us information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You can create an account using email, Google Sign-In, or Sign in with Apple. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service.

2. User-Generated Content & Community Guidelines

Our Service allows you to post, link, store, share, and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material ("Content") via our community features.

Zero Tolerance Policy: We have a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive users. You are strictly prohibited from posting material that is offensive, harmful, defamatory, discriminatory, sexually explicit, or violative of intellectual property rights.

Enforcement: Users can flag/report offensive content and block abusive users directly within the app. We actively monitor and filter objectionable material. Violators will have their accounts terminated and their content permanently removed without notice.

3. AI Chatbot (Fit Bot)

The Service includes an AI-powered assistant (Fit Bot) intended to provide general fitness motivation and information. Fit Bot does not provide medical advice. While we employ safety guardrails to ensure appropriate responses, if you encounter inappropriate or harmful content generated by the AI, you agree to utilize the in-app reporting tools to notify us immediately.

4. Purchases and Subscriptions

Digital subscriptions and premium features are processed through Apple's In-App Purchases (IAP) or Google Play Billing. Purchases for physical goods (e.g., supplements, merchandise) are processed through secure third-party payment gateways (such as Stripe or Paymob). All transactions are subject to the respective platform's refund policies.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features, workouts, dietary plans, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Baz Method and its licensors.

6. Termination and Account Deletion

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may terminate your account at any time via the in-app "Delete Account" feature, which will permanently remove your data from our systems in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Baz Method, nor its directors, employees, or agents, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, resulting from (i) your access to or use of the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party; and (iii) any physical injuries sustained during the use of our fitness programs.
