1. Information We Collect and Device Permissions

To provide a fully integrated fitness experience, our App requests access to various device features. We collect and process the following data based on the permissions you grant:

Health & Motion Data (Apple HealthKit / Google Fit): We request access to read and write data to your device's health app to track steps, calories, BMI, and BMR. We do not use your health or fitness data for advertising, and we do not sell this data to third parties.
Camera & Photo Library: We request access to your camera and photos to allow you to upload profile pictures and share media in the community section.
Microphone & Speech Recognition: We use your microphone and speech recognition services to enable voice-controlled workout instructions and to record voice notes.
Location Data: We may request your location (when in use) to provide personalized fitness recommendations and connect you with nearby facilities.
Local Network & Bluetooth: We request access to your local network and Bluetooth specifically to discover and connect to casting devices (like Chromecast) so you can view workouts on your TV.
Calendar: We may request calendar access to help you schedule workout reminders and fitness events.
Apple Music / Media: We request access to your media library to allow you to play background music concurrently while viewing workout videos.

2. How We Use Your Information

The Company may use Personal Data for the following purposes:

To provide and maintain our Service: Including monitoring the usage of our Service and syncing your fitness progress.
To manage Your Account: To manage Your registration as a user of the Service.
For community interactions: To facilitate user-to-user interactions within the app's community features.

Important Note on Health Data: Information collected via Apple HealthKit or Android Activity Recognition APIs is used strictly for fitness tracking within the app. We guarantee that your sensitive health data is never shared with advertising brokers or used for marketing purposes.

3. Data Retention and Account Deletion

We will retain Your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. You have the right to delete or request that We assist in deleting the Personal Data that We have collected about You.

How to delete your account: You can delete your account and all associated personal data directly within the app at any time by navigating to Settings > Delete Account. Once confirmed, your account and associated data will be permanently removed from our active databases.

The security of Your Personal Data is important to Us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While We strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect Your Personal Data, We cannot guarantee its absolute security.

5. Children's Privacy

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13. If You are a parent or guardian and You are aware that Your child has provided Us with Personal Data, please contact Us.
